    Description

    The VWR 3500 orbital shakers are designed for a wide variety of applications in the laboratory environment. The VWR 3500 features microprocessor control that provides consistent uniform shaking and movement. This partnered with the sturdy and weighted base, triple eccentric drive and brushless DC motor allow continuous and smooth operation and are key for assays like cell cultures which require accurate and reproducible results.
    The VWR 3500 has a maximum weight capacity of 35lbs (15.9kg) and can be run in continuous or timed operation. These set points are entered into the independent digital control and allow users to view both settings simultaneously. The bright LED display also lets users monitor progress across lab benches.
    The built-in timer can be set between 1 and 160 hours.
    The system continuously monitors shaking speed and maintains set-point, even under changing loads. The displayed speed is accurate to +/- 1rpm below 100rpm, and +/-1% of set speeds above 100rpm.
