Vintage 1966 Ebony Kawai Professional Grand Piano
Excellent Condition - Ebony Piano Bench Included
5' 10" from Hamamatsu Japan
No. 500/206997
The piano tuner commented in his report that the pitch of the piano is -9 cents.
Below are the comments from my most recent piano tuning:
Made in 1966. The piano is in very good condition both mechanically and structurally with only two
items of note. 1. There are several minor nicks and/or scratches at various places on the exterior
which are expected on a piano of this age. 2. The hammers are slightly sluggish in the upper registers
of the keyboard. Otherwise, the tuning pins are tight, the bridges and
soundboard are in very good condition and the action is in good regulation. Very good piano!
