This beautifully restored Schimmel Baby Grand Piano was rebuilt by Atlantic Music Center’s expert piano technicians and has been refinished in a stunning custom high-polished slate gray finish offset by a high-polished black plate with red accents. The brand new high-quality Mapes piano strings over top of the black plate in combination with the sophisticated gray cabinet finish makes this truly one of our most impressive restorations.  It has been an absolute pleasure to witness this classic German hand-built instrument being brought back to like-new condition.
This piano was originally built in 1967 and made entirely in Germany with all German parts and labor.  It has been meticulously rebuilt at Atlantic Music Center by our expert technicians with high-quality Renner action parts.  The largest producer of pianos in Germany today, Schimmel has had a long and storied history since their founding in 1885 by Wilhelm Schimmel.
The piano sounds incredible and the action has been regulated to guarantee optimum response and playability.  Unless you knew that this was a rebuilt piano, you would assume that it was brand new.
