This “PRISTINE LIKE NEW CONDITION” piano has been in a senior home since new with Non Smokers, No Kids, No Grandkids.  iT HAS NO SCUFFS, NO SCRATCHES, LIKE NEW.  It has always been kept under a piano blanket so no dust gets into it.  It was originally bought from Heritage Piano owned by Bill Jones Music here in Knoxville.  The piano has been kept in a climate controlled home and has a

for humidity control.  The piano has been tuned and serviced once or twice a year and has been Voiced.  It has not been played very often due to arthritis in the owner’s hands and why it is being sold.  Our piano tuner says it is one of the most "LIKE BRAND NEW" pianos they have ever seen.

THE SOUNDBOARD
The soundboard is the very heart of the piano's tone. Its purpose is to transform the vibrations of the piano's strings into a beautiful, resonant tone. Kawai uses only straight-grained, quarter-sawn solid spruce for all grand piano soundboards. Each one is tested with state-of-the-art equipment to measure the speed at which sound energy travels through it. Only those soundboards that exceed our demanding resonance standards are selected for use in Kawai grand pianos.
"SOFT FALL" FALLBOARD
Our ultra-slow, "Soft-Fall" fallboard closing system with dual-damping mechanism protects hands and the piano's finish from the harm that a jarring close might cause.
