Yamaha 6'6" grand, well cared for by professional musician for many years, kept away from drafts, cold, sun. In good condition. Holds tune well. Minor small cosmetic issues in a few places. Needs voicing and tuning after moving. Pedals and all keys work perfectly. Used in home studio for recording, composing, practicing. Always kept on inside wall in studio. Humidified and warmed per the season. Formerly the piano of classical composer Paul Nordoff.
