Buyer must inspect the piano in person.
After doing significant research on this model, I found the following information from the experts at Caruso Piano Gallery:
At 5'3" in length, it is large enough to provide a full and robust tone while occupying a relatively small footprint. It could quite possibly be the ideal professional-grade piano for a home setting. It has a very satisfying musical instrument, with a characteristically Yamaha tone: Crisp and clear, but with a deep and resonant bass that provides ample body.
    Compare to the Yamaha C1/C1X
Over the years, the Yamaha G and C series became very similar in design. By the mid-1990s the design of the G1 so closely resembled the larger C-series grands that Yamaha decided to simplify their product lines by renaming the G1, making it the new model C1 (now known as the C1X). In most respects, this 1990s G1 differs from the much more expensive C1X in name only; it makes this piano a tremendous value.
    Amazing savings!
With the comparable Japan-made Yamaha baby grand (the model C1X) selling for nearly ,000 new, you'll appreciate the tremendous value afforded by this piano. It's not to be confused with the more entry-level Yamahas commonly available on the new piano market in this size range.
