This is one of the finest American artist grand pianos ever built - a 6'3" Baldwin Model L in beautiful satin black. This piano is a one owner instrument. The owners purchased it from us new in 1990 and have decided to consign it with us as they are moving. It was built in Conway and Trumann, Arkansas and sold here at
Baldwin Piano and Organ Center in Herrin, Illinois
. It is in excellent condition - it is immaculately clean. Please note that it is a little dusty in the pictures as they were taken shortly after it was setup. The pictures will be updated after the piano is detailed. There are a few marks, most notably a chip near one of the hinges - a picture is included. Soundboard, bridge, and action are perfect.
Our technician recently looked over this piano and said it looks like it has barely been played. This piano sounds fantastic, and has a very powerful sound. It could be voiced to be more mellow if the buyer requests. Voicing, if requested, will be included in the price. We can provide our technician's contact information if an interested buyer wants to verify the condition of the instrument. We would be happy to send audio and video recordings, and more pictures by request. The piano will be detailed and tuned before delivery.
