1863 Chickering Square Grand Piano and t
he stool is included as well.
Serial number 21751.
Items that need to be addressed that I am aware of, but I'm no expert:
Some sun/light damage to finish
Some acorn decorative pieces missing
Rocker arm underneath that is part of the sustain pedal assembly needs replacing (the broken piece will be included)
Tuned over a decade ago and still seems to be staying somewhat in tune with the exception of a few notes in the upper register and one in the middle register
